Sesame Street 123 Count with Me
123 Count with Me is a 1997 Sesame Street video. Ernie teaches in this video, everyone about counting. The events and the story take place at the Furry Arms Hotel.
FRAME 1: In the first scene, Ernie greets the audience. It's such a nice day here on Sesame Street and Ernie goes for a walk. While walking, Ernie finds a key. Somebody must have dropped this. A hotel name is written on the key: The Furry Arms Hotel.
That's why he decides to go there. Benny Rabbit sleeps snoring in front of the Furry Arms Hotel. Ernie wakes up Benny Rabbit.
Ernie: Oh, i'm sorry Benny. I didn't realize you were on your break.
Benny Rabbit: Would i waste time sleeping if i were on my break. Now leave me alone i'm working here.
Ernie greets Humphrey and Ingrid. Humphrey thinks he needs a room. But Ernie says he doesn't need a room, already he has a room just around the corner. Ingrid says he came to eat at their half-star restaurant and today's special is peanut butter goulash. Ernie tells he had lunch with his buddy Bert.
Humphrey: Don't tell me you came in so you can ride up and down our elevator.
Ernie: That sounds like fun but that's not why i came in.
Humphrey asks why did he come in then. Ernie talks about the key he found while walking outside. Ernie tells it seems whoever is staying in room number seven drop their key and they'll probably want it back too.
Humphrey: Well what are we supposed to do?
Ingrid: i know my speak petunia we'll just ask everyone, everywhere if they're missing a key.
Humphrey and Ingrid want to look here and there and up and down. An idea just popped into Ernie's head. That could solve their problem without having to go here and there and up and down. Ernie puts the the key for room number seven in the mailbox for room number seven.
Now it's right where it needs to be for whoever's staying there to come and get it. Humphrey and Ingrid think he's a genius because they're surprised how he found find the mailbox for room 7 so quickly. Benny Rabbit explains that Ernie is not a genius, because the mailbox has the number seven on it.
Ernie shows Benny was right by counting the numbers on the mailbox to 7. They ask him to say it again. Ernie states that he will sing a song about it and asks Benny to join him. Benny says he doesn't sing, but later joins the song. Ernie, Humphrey, Ingrid ve Benny Rabbit sing "That's How the Numbers Go" together.

A monster yells at Benny to stop singing. Benny Rabbit says he's not singing, he's just about to take a break. Humphrey asks Monster what he wants. Monster explains that he lost his room key and is staying in room 7. Thus, the owner of the lost key placed in the mailbox is revealed. Humphrey thinks Ernie would make a terrific hotel manager after this solution. So Humphrey and Ingrid begin to teach Ernie everything they know.
They advise Ernie to ding The Dinger anytime he need something. Ernie wonders what happens when he ring the Dinger's bell but he doesn't know how many times he should ding it. Dinger shows him the number 1. Ernie dings it one time and Benny Rabbit appears. Benny Rabbit brings a bucket of ice with him. Ernie says he doesn't want ice. Benny explains: "when the dinger is ding i come and how many dings you ding the dinger tells me what needs to be done. You ding one time so i bought one bucket of ice"
Muppets: Number One leads the singing numbers. Each of the numbers has a hat on top. Numbers 1 to 10 sing "One."

FRAME 2: Ernie wants to try with two dings for see what Benny does. Benny appears this time with two fresh towels. Ernie explains he doesn't actually need those towels, he just wants to see what happens if he dings it twice.
Song: A song about number 2! "Holy cow is number 2." The number 2 appears on a boat, rolling down a street, turning blue, and on a road.
FRAME 2: Benny warns Ernie not to think twice anymore. That's why Ernie dings three times. Benny comes with three fresh pillows. And Benny is really angry. Ernie tells he didn't ding twice anymore and also he dinged three times. Benny notes that this is getting irritating.
Muppets: The Counting Crows, consisting of 3 crows, sing the song "Count it 1 2 3". Mr. Handford and Maria are also featured in the video clip. "Count it 1 2 3" first aired in episode 3368.

Cartoon: Number Guy asks "before they fall through the floor, how many elephants can you fit in a room?" The answer is four. Finally Number Guy and 4 elephants fall to the floor.
Muppets: Elmo and two muppets sing "Elmo's Jive Five" about number 5. "Elmo's Jive Five" first aired on Episode 2939.
FRAME 3: Benny tells to Ernie if you don't want five bars about exclusive "the Furry Arms" brand soap with lanolin you shouldn't ding the dinger five times.
The hotel lobby phone rings. Humphrey and Ingrid collide while running for the phone. Humphrey talks on the phone to three penguins who say they are hungry. Penguins order a certain number of fish. But not that easy in order.
Ernie has a better way for to do this. He thinks it would be easier to count the fish. Humphrey tells Ernie the order, and Ernie counts them easily. Now they know how many fish to send up: six fish. Ingrid says this counting thing can really save a person a lot of trouble. Humphrey asks does it work on other stuff like cinnamon rolls, cream pies, spark plugs.Absolutely. Humphrey thinks Ernie might be the smartest person in the whole world. See what benny will bring them.
Muppets: Seven goldfish in an aquarium and Elmo sing the song Seven Goldfish. The song "Seven Goldfish" was first released on Episode 2734.

Muppets: When the Count goes on vacation, he wants to do something different and counts new things. The Count counts shrimps, umbrellas, sailboats, fish and sings "Counting Vacation" about this. The song "Counting Vacation" is first released on Episode 3367.

FRAME 4: Ernie dings 10 times and Benny brings 10 glasses of milk. Benny is angry again because Ernie says he doesn't need milk. Ernie explains that he doesn't be thirsty, he just wants to see what happens if he dings ten times. He also counts glasses full of milk. Benny says next time forget about dinging 10 times.
Ernie hears dogs barking and wonders what's going on there. Some puppies are playing with furniture. Humphrey and Ingrid can not calm them. Ernie offers a suggestion: "Hey, maybe we can give them something else to chew on like a nice meaty bone for each of them." Humphrey thinks it's a good idea but how will they know how many to get.
Ernie says they can count the puppies. But there is a problem, these puppies move around so much that they don't know which ones they have already counted. Ernie reminds that puppies love to be cuddled. He cuddles the dogs. Now Humphrey easily count them. There are three puppies. Humphrey will go to the kitchen personally and get these cute little doggies a nice meaty bone. Puppies surround him and show interest in him.
Cartoon: "Rap 11" is a Sesame Street song about the number 11 in different shapes. "Rap 11" first aired on Episode 2531.

Muppets: The Honkers sing "Honk Around the Clock." Mr. Honker and Henrietta are also among the singers. They count from 1 to 12 first in the song. Then they count down from 12 to 1. Throughout the song, the Honkers honk their noses and provide a fun dance choreography. "Honk Around the Clock" first aired in Episode 1631.
Animation: Thirteen hamburgers come together to form the number 13.
FRAME 5: Ernie says he has dinged to 14 so far and Benny does different things each time. Now they think about dinging 14 times. The Dinger ding 14 times. Benny appears carrying 14 suitcases on his back and gets angry at Ernie for this. Ernie explains that he didn't ding, The Dinger did it. In the end, Benny Rabbit can't carry any more and 14 suitcases collapse on him. But he's still healthy because he can talk.
Cartoon: Number creatures presents numbers from 1 to 14.
FRAME 6: Ernie states that Benny seemed pretty tired and they shouldn't bother him anymore. But he and the Dinger can't stop and they ding 15 times. Benny asks if they really want to see what happens when they do 15 dings. 14 elephants make their way through the lobby of the Furry Arms Hotel, making noise and shaking the hotel. Benny asks are you satisfied with the 15 elephants. Ernie states that he counted only 14 elephants. The 15th elephant crashes into Benny and takes him with him.

FRAME 7: Humphrey and Ingrid are sad because they think there is nothing more to count. Ernie takes them outside. Humphrey, Ingrid, The Dinger, Ernie and the kids sing “Count with Me”. They count kids, creepy crawly things, teddy bears, puppies, penguins... The video clip of the song also features Sesame Street characters such as Super Grover, Big Bird, Snuffy, Elmo, Zoe, and Cookie Monster. Sesame Street 123 Count with Me DVD ends.
