Elmo is in his room and hears strange noises behind the door. When he opens the door of the room, a lot of chattering teeth fall on him. He shows up showing his teeth.
Elmo is thinking about teeth today. Then there is a video clip showing the teeth of children, babies and some animals.
Elmo's World Teeth Dorothy's Question
Dorothy is also thinking about teeth today. Elmo mentions that Dorothy is shy and asks instead. Dorothy has a question: how do you take care of your teeth?
Elmo's World Teeth The Noodle Family - Mr. Noodle
Elmo asks to meet with Mr. Noodle to answer Dorothy's question. He struggles a bit with Shade for this.
Then he encounters Mr. Noodle. Mr. Noodle, the brother of Mr. Noodle, wants to demonstrate how he takes care of his teeth. First he puts a tube of toothpaste into his mouth. Elmo and the kids warn him that he can't brush his teeth without a toothbrush.
Mr. Noodle then arrives on stage with an electric toothbrush. But this time he forgets to put toothpaste on the toothbrush and the kids warn him again. He tries with the whole tube and fails. They tell him to take the cap off and squeeze the toothpaste out.
Mr. Noodle squeezes out too much toothpaste and his head is covered in toothpaste. They tell him to just squeeze it a little bit on the toothbrush.
The electric toothbrush shaking too much and Mr. Noodle brushes his eyelids, hair and ears. Finally he manages to get the brush inside his mouth and shows how he takes care of his teeth.
Elmo's World Teeth Kids and Baby
Dorothy wants to ask someone else, how do you take care of your teeth? Kids and baby know how to take care of their teeth. Two brothers appear first. They put toothpaste on the toothbrush and brush their teeth together.
Then a little girl comes on stage. She explains that she eats crunchy vegetables to help care for her teeth. She eats a carrot to exemplify this.
Finally, Elmo asks a baby the question about teeth. Elmo realizes that the baby has no teeth and shows the baby that he also has no teeth.
Elmo's World Teeth Quiz - Benny Rabbit
Elmo wonders if Dorothy has teeth. It's hard to tell but Elmo doesn't think Dorothy has any teeth. That makes elmo wonder what has teeth and what doesn't have teeth. Let's find out. Drawer presents quiz about teeth. Birthday cakes don't have teeth, but you use your teeth to eat a birthday cake.
Birds don't have teeth either, but they have beaks.
Rabbits have teeth. Benny Rabbit appears but he announces that he is Benny, not a rabbit.

Elmo received a video e-mail from The Count. The Count says he has two teeth and loves to brush them and count while brushing.
The count brushes his teeth while counting to 6. Six wonderful brushes. The Count says he can do this all day and says goodbye.

Elmo wants to learn more about teeth. He hears chewing sounds and wonders where the sounds are coming from. The sounds are from the TV and Elmo turns to the TV to learn more about teeth. The Teeth channel announcer presents the Tooth Fairy.
The Tooth Fairy explains some facts: "All about teeth the show that tells you all about teeth and who better to tell you all about teeth than me.
When you're born you don't have any teeth yet but after a little while they start to grow in. These are called baby teeth. But they don't stick around a very long time as you get older your baby teeth start to get loose and fall out. This is where i come in.
Pretty soon new teeth grow in and these teeth are keepers. If you take good care of your teeth they'll last you your whole life. So be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day. And see your dentist regularly..."
In the final scene, the Tooth Fairy appears as a dentist. Because she has to make a living. The Teeth Channel announcer ends the programme: coming up next on the Teeth Channel, to Tell the Tooth, followed by Tooth or Consequences.
Elmo's World Teeth Interview - Wisdom Tooth
When Elmo opens the door, he encounters a tooth that wants to interview him. He says that he is not just any tooth, he is a wisdom tooth, so he is very smart and knows a lot about teeth.
Elmo asks him what the teeth are for. Wisdom Tooth explains that they bite and chew and mash food into little pieces. But in reality not all teeth are just for eating some animals have teeth that do special things. For example beavers have big teeth that they use to cut down trees.
Elmo's World Teeth Tickle Me Land - Beaver, Shark and Elephant
First, Dorothy imagines Elmo as a beaver with big teeth. The beavers chew and chew until the tree falls down.
Then, Dorothy imagines Elmo as a shark. Sharks have rows of teeth so when one comes out another one is ready to take its place. "Elmo Shark" says that with so many teeth, he'll get a lot of quarters from the tooth fairy.
Finally, Dorothy imagines Elmo as an elephant. Elephants have very special teeth called tusks. They are very long teeth and used for all sorts of things like digging for water. "Elmo elephant" digs up the ground with his tusk, and the gushing water throws an animal up. He says he needs a big toothbrush.
