The release date of Elmo's World Opposites DVD is 2008. The producer of the DVD is Genius Entertainment. Apart from that, it was released by Warner Home Video in 2010, Madman Entertainment (Australia) in 2008, and Intercontinental Video (Hong Kong) in 2009. DVDs have also been released for Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Among the episodes that make up the video, Fast and Slow first met with children in Sesame Street Episode Episode 4130, Open and Close Episode 4041, and Up and Down Episode 4080.
