SCENES: Alan and Chris introduce Sesame Street’s first Bubble Fest. Elmo, Abby, Telly, and the kids gather for the festivities and Telly is very excited since he’s never blown a real bubble before, neither has Abby. Alan and Chris show them how to blow bubbles and Abby gives it a try and manages to blow some bubbles. Telly tries it too, but he doesn’t succeed and so he leaves, trying to find a way to blow bubbles.

Next, Alan and Chris introduce the “Bubble Fest Bubble Mix Mystery”. They show us how to produce bubbles using some soap and other ingredients. Telly arrives with a Tuba which he thinks could blow air into the wand to make bubbles, but that still doesn’t work. He then returns with a bellow, again, trying to blow bubbles. After that didn’t work, he goes off on his quest again.

Up next is the Bubble Fest “Pop” Quiz, in which Alan and Chris ask Abby and Elmo what items on the table can blow bubbles from. Then it’s time for the Bubble Fest Finale, where they show how they can fit a human child into a giant bubble. Telly comes back again, this time with a fan, which ends up blowing him away. He then sighs into the wand, which produces bubbles!

Muppets: Murray announces that Abby’s Flying Fairy School is right on the way up, but first, he finds out how one can catch a bubble.

Cartoon: Elmo sings about the B sound in the word “bottle”.

Animation: Today is B-word day, and all the students bring things with them that start with B. Abby brings a bunny which bops on everyone’s heads and needs to be stopped. So they have to turn it into a goon to make it stop bopping. After a bit of time, they manage to turn it into a goon.
