Elmo, Abby, and Detective Betts has a plan, they need something that starts with R. Rigatoni is suggested by Elmo. The trap is ready and they hide and see a letter nibbling the bowl of pasta. When they want to be sure that it's the letter R, he quickly escapes, and they cannot catch him.
