Zoe and Elmo, two best friends from Sesame Street, take dance lessons. When Elmo unfortunately forgets about his dance shoes, he returns.
Zoe is also unlucky because she's running late and misses her dance lesson. Paula Abdul, the dance school's teacher, wants to help Zoe and she wants to teach a new dance move choreography.
When Zoe learned about this new dance choreography, Elmo found the dance shoes and arrived.
