Elmo, Abby, and Baby Bear enjoy porridge together at Hooper's Store, where Baby Bear introduces his "homemade tasty toppings." Impressed by their deliciousness, Alan suggests that Baby Bear could become a cook one day. Intrigued by the idea, Baby Bear wonders how restaurants operate. Alan shares memories of playing pretend restaurant as a child, inspiring the young friends to do the same. They establish "The Garden Café" near the garden and assign roles with Alan's guidance. Elmo takes on the role of host, Abby becomes the server, and Baby Bear is the cook. Goldilocks, a discerning critic, happens to pass by and agrees to be their customer. Baby Bear carefully prepares her pretend meal, and everyone anxiously awaits her verdict. Delighted, Goldilocks declares everything "just right," and Alan volunteers to be their next customer. As Abby and Baby Bear sign off, Mr. Johnson arrives at the café and faints upon seeing their newest employee - Grover.
